The story

SebastienBruno's chocolate factory was built in 2002 in central Oslo. The company started with catering to the hotel and restaurant industry. 

SebastienBruno is a well-known name among quality-conscious chocolate and dessert lovers in Oslo.

All SebastienBruno products are handmade, have a high cocoa content and contain no preservatives. The result is an exclusive range of confections, cakes and other desserts with a delicate and rich taste. 

Raw materials

SebastienBruno uses single origin chocolate and all of our products are handmade with low sugar, high chocolate content and no preservatives. The use of single origin cocoa beans helps to create an aftertaste that lasts much longer in the mouth than ordinary cocoa beans. The longer the aftertaste lasts, the better the quality.

SebastienBruno primarily uses Crillo in its products in order to deliver superior quality. In order to buy Criollo, we work with a fellow countryman who finds us cocoa beans of the highest quality, which is very time-consuming.

We're passionate about discovering brand new, unique plantations to create legendary chocolate. Our chocolate is made from the very best cocoa beans from pure cocoa plantations. All so that you can enjoy and compare chocolate in the same way as the very best wines. 

Most of the cocoa farmers we deal with are small-scale and fair trade, located in remote areas. They are also quite unfamiliar with the internet and email, the key word is personal presence.

After the cocoa is harvested, the beans must undergo a fermentation process before they are dried. This must take place within a couple of days, so it is done in the country of origin. The dried beans are then imported to France. There, SebastienBruno collaborates with a small factory that makes cocoa mass from the beans, which is then imported to Norway. We never mix beans from different places, and all of SebastienBruno's chocolate can be traced back to a single producer.

SebastienBruno is known for setting high standards both for itself and for its suppliers and only uses first-class natural ingredients. SebastienBruno is constantly on the lookout for the best ingredients and has nothing less than the whole world to choose from;

Our pistachios come from Sicily, almonds from Spain and oranges from Corsica. We also source some of our ingredients from France, but we only use Norwegian dairy products.
