Sjokolux is an online store for luxury chocolate from Norwegian premium brands.

Our superior chocolate is made in Norway from single-origin cocoa beans.

We sell high-quality chocolate that is produced in a responsible manner.

We are currently the main distributor of products from SebastienBruno, which are handmade in Oslo. 

 

OUR HISTORY:

The owner

Monica Jotun has Asian roots and grew up in Oslo. She has always loved chocolate. She trained as a lawyer, and her first job was at a law firm specializing in small businesses. She later worked as a lawyer in tax and business law, but retained her passion for premium chocolate. 

In her spare time, Monica enjoyed meeting friends, but often found it difficult to find good gifts for her hosts. Flowers were often brought by many others, and bottles were heavy to carry. Decorative items took up space in the closet and were also difficult to match with the host's interior design. So what could be better to give than fine chocolate?

After many years as a lawyer, Monica wanted to combine her interest in quality chocolate with her background as a business lawyer. The result was a new hobby: a chocolate shop! 

The stores

In August 2025, we opened our first store at Røa torg in Oslo. In October 2025, we launched our online store, and in January 2026, we took over our second store, located atSteen og Strøm.

The stores employ nearly 20 young people who love premium chocolate and satisfied customers. We will help you find the perfect dessert or gift. Or just that little touch of luxury :)

Fun fact: At our first Christmas party, we had both magic shows and chocolate-making classes!
